Refund Policy

We stand behind every SelfieZip. Because each bottle ships direct from our supplier warehouse, we don't run a traditional returns process — instead, we focus on making it right fast when something goes wrong.

Damaged or defective items

If your bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required, you keep the original.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong color or product, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Lost or never delivered

If tracking shows your package as lost or it hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of mind

Because return shipping from our warehouse is often more expensive than the bottle itself, we don't offer prepaid return labels for change-of-mind orders. If you've changed your mind, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a partial refund or store credit — you keep the bottle.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they're sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. After that, the order is already in production and can't be cancelled.
