Every SelfieZip order ships free worldwide with tracking, direct from our overseas supplier warehouse. Shipping direct is how we keep the price at $49.95 instead of $80+.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Estimated delivery
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary based on local postal services and customs clearance.

- Australia, NZ & Asia — 7–15 business days
- Rest of world — 12–25 business days
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Note that international tracking can take 3–7 days to show its first scan after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. You can always reach out if you're concerned.
Customs & duties
Orders to most countries arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases — typically large or high-value orders, or specific countries — local customs may apply duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order is already with the warehouse and can't be modified.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email hi@selfiezip.shop. We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the warehouse because of an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipment.
